I have been looking for an auto repair shop after less than satisfied results at the dealer and a local tire shop. Living in Hampton I found Walls online and it is close and the reviews seemed good so I scheduled to get my cabin air filter replaced on my Mazda 5. I do some repairs myself but the cabin air filter is in a VERY difficult place to get to. Everything was a very positive experience from the ladies in the front doing the scheduling and I was able to talk to the tech to see the old filter to get an idea if I need to get it replaced sooner next time. I believe this positive experience means they have earned my future maintenance business.

I have been a customer of Walls for years. I just found this review process today. The team at Walls is very professional, friendly, and caring. I have never had a bad service experience at Walls. The mechanics are skilled and perform the work in a timely fashion. I have even had them not charge me when they couldn’t find the electrical problem (not their fault) on a car my daughter had. The prices are good and I think cheaper than a dealership or other places. If you need service by team of professionals that stand behind their work, go to Walls, you will not be disappointed.
I would just like to say how satisfied and appreciative of the outstanding customer service that I received from Becky and the front end work that was performed by the shop technician. Becky was aware of my predicament with truck troubles while having a leased U-Haul of the time of breakdown. Becky went above and beyond to juggle a preexisting scheduled work day to see that she could get my vehicle scheduled in, work completed, and have me back on the road that same day. I must also say that it was no minor repair and took her technician the full business day to pull off major front end repairs. I highly recommend Wall's and can't say thanks enough for the outstanding customer service and repair work that was performed on my vehicle. Great Job and Thanks Again! Scott
